Changsoo Ahn joined So and Sato Law Offices in November 2023. After registering as an attorney, he was involved in legal due diligence, drafting of contracts and negotiations for M&A, investment and other transactions at a large law firm. He also handled a wide range of inter-company litigation and general corporate matters. After that, he worked at an M&A brokerage firm, where he was involved in M&A advisory work (including identify acquiree and acquirer targets, calculate corporate value, prepare corporate profiles and adjust the terms of the transaction).
