(TOB), PIPEs, stock swaps, stock transfers, etc. at several firms specialized in corporate law practice. He joined GREE, Inc. in 2013 and engaged in M&A, venture investments, other important corporate actions, and corporate governance systems. He also served as a board member of Glossom Inc., the GREE’s AdTech subsidiary. After he joined REVIC Partners Co., Ltd. as senior director, he managed corporate mezzanine funds. Also, he is consecutively audit & supervisory board member of listed and private companies including Meiko Co, Ltd., I-ne Co., Ltd. V-cube, Inc., Xronos Inc., and M&A Cloud Inc. and a director who is an audit & supervisory committee member of Toyo Knife Co., Ltd.He graduated from Waseda University Faculty of Law in 2001 and the University of Southern California in 2011.
