Shinpei Asano specializes in corporate matters such as the establishment of companies, equity finance, M&A, compliance financial regulation, and the preparation and review of all kinds of commercial agreements. He is currently involved in matters related to Web3 (including crypto assets, NFT, blockchain game, DeFi, etc.), IEO, funds, metaverse, and other tech-related products.
He received a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Keio University in 2011 and earned a juris doctor degree from Hitotsubashi University Law School in 2013. He is admitted to the bar in Japan.
