After spending six years in the legal department of a major IT company, where he was responsible for contract review, and the management of shareholder meetings and board of directors meetings, he joined So Sato Law Office in December 2019.

Since joining the firm, he has advised a wide range of clients — from startups to listed companies — on various corporate legal matters, including fund formation, Web3-related businesses, financial regulatory compliance, contract drafting and review, and litigation support. He has extensive experience advising clients on corporate venture capital (CVC), crypto assets, and blockchain-related businesses, and has particular expertise in areas where cutting-edge technology intersects with evolving regulation.
