To stop the further spread of the coronavirus our office has implemented the following measures:
Video calls
In accordance with the recommendations of the Tokyo government, we are currently using video calls and conference calls instead of face-to-face meetings as far as possible.
Masks
We understand that in some cases it is not possible to avoid face-to-face meetings and wish to be there for our clients. In these cases, our lawyers will wear a mask during the meetings to reduce the risks of infection.
Staggered hours
We introduced staggered hours allowing our employees to work from home most of the time.
In view of the staggered hours it might be difficult to reach us in the office. If we do not pick up your call, please send us a message with your contact details and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
