DE&I Policy

So & Sato has as one of its key missions to support innovation. We believe that appropriately promoting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (“DE&I”) and supporting each member with diverse backgrounds are essential for corporate growth and a sustainable society. We will promote and create an environment in which each and every member can work with vitality.

We will seek to promote the following matters in pursuit of achieving DE&I

  • develop an appropriatepolicy respecting DE&I, a strategy for promoting DE&I, and a plan including necessary KPIs
  • DE&I embodiment and communication through leadership
  • achieving a psychologically secure and inclusive organizational culture
  • hiring and developing a diverse workforce
  • ensuring transparency
  • systemic response to unconscious bias
  • education and training related to DE&I
  • regular evaluation and feedback

Harassment is a human rights issue, and we will not tolerate any acts of harassment within our firm and against any of our clients or other related parties to our firm.
We are committed to implementing the following initiatives to eradicate acts of harassment.

  • developing a policy that does not tolerate harassment or any form of discrimination
  • clear statement of management’s commitment to eradicating harassment
  • establishment and fair operation of a secure reporting and notification system
  • education and training to eradicate harassment and discrimination
